PST Corporate Travel Service Charter
- Our roots go back to 1953 when everyone knew what a personal service was, and although we have the latest technology, our service is absolutely key. On any booking, if you do not feel that our service is excellent, tell us immediately and we will refund any fees without question.
- We really hate negativity, so you certainly will not hear words or phrases like "impossible", "can`t" or "never get the seats ". However, we do have to confess that if we are asked for a late notice booking on a busy holiday route just before Easter, you could hear us commenting that it "will be an interesting challenge "!
- Despite all the companies that boast that they are "listening to their customers ", we can never manage to hear the same messages, so unlike all of them, at PST Corporate when you call us you won`t hear "key one to make a reservation ", or "key two to change a reservation" let alone being told how important your call is whilst you are being held on a premium line queue. Instead, we use a very simple system - you call a direct line to the travel consultant of your choice.
- We are obviously all for dealing with foreign countries, but we reckon that people calling a British company would rather like to speak to an English speaker in Britain, so the nearest you will get to a foreign sounding voice will be the dulcet tones of our Scottish manager.
- These days, people are far more knowledgeable about travel, and yet the choices and options are becoming more and more complex, and it is for this reason that we have to have the very best and experienced travel consultants. We like to boast about the length of service, but as many of our team are ladies, they would rather we did not say exactly how long they have been in the travel business. Let us just say that no one has been with us for less than 15 years.
- Our MD is pedantic when it comes to client service, and if there is the slightest problem he wants to know about it, and it is for this reason that he publishes his direct line in case of complaints. He does get a bit paranoid about the working of the line however, as he never seems to receive any calls!
